2. ONLINE SHOP TERMS

Orders

By placing an order through our online shop, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at checkout through the payment methods offered on the Site. Orders are not processed until payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

No Refund Policy (Digital & Physical Products)

All purchases made through our online shop are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • buyer’s remorse

  • ordering by mistake

  • dissatisfaction with the product

  • delayed delivery by carriers

  • failure to use or redeem a purchased item

No Replacement Policy

We do not offer replacements for:

  • lost packages

  • damaged items

  • incorrect usage

  • wear and tear

If an item arrives defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery; we may review and decide on a case-by-case basis, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.

3. PRIVATE DINING PRICING & SERVICES

Pricing

  • $95 per person for any Prix Fixe Menu (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).

  • Service fees:

    • $250 for 2–7 guests

    • $350 for 8–12 guests

    • $450 for 13–20 guests

  • $1/mile trip charge for locations outside Fredericksburg city limits.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@hgculinary.com.

  • More than 7 days before event: 20% of total cost charged; 80% refunded.

  • Within 7 days of event date: 80% of total cost charged; 20% refunded.

  • Cancellation by us: Full refund or no-cost rescheduling when possible.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs—is owned by HG Culinary and Consultant or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written consent.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • damages arising from use of the Site

  • issues related to shipping, delivery delays, or product usage

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or products is to discontinue use.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas (or update if different), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
